• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

✅ Non-Returnable Items:

• Some imported or clearance items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
• Please check the product description before purchasing.

✅ Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

✅ Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if your item arrived damaged.

✅ Third-Party Items:
Please note: Items purchased through third-party platforms such as eBay or Amazon (and not directly from queencityretail.com) must be returned and processed according to the return policies of those respective platforms. We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for those orders through our website.
